Vocal can't refund creator subscription payments. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and paid out to the creator, so Vocal isn't able to reverse completed charges.

Cancel anytime. You won't be charged again after you cancel. See How do I cancel a creator subscription?.

To cancel, visit the creator's profile or your Billing Dashboard in Settings.

If you meant to make a single payment instead of a recurring subscription, use tips on a creator's story or profile. Tips are one-time and aren't subscriptions.
