You can cancel a paid creator subscription at any time. You won't be charged again after canceling, and you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Option 1: From the creator's profile
Go to the creator's author page and manage your subscription from there.
Option 2: From your billing settings
Go to your Settings page
Open your Billing Dashboard
Find the creator subscription you want to cancel and remove it
After canceling, you won't be charged again. You can still follow the creator for free (notifications for their public stories) if you choose.
Refunds
Vocal can't refund subscription payments that already went to a creator through Stripe. See Can I get a refund for a creator subscription? for details.
