Please note that the email address you use to log in to your Vocal account is case sensitive. If you're having trouble logging in, but you're certain that your email and password are correct, double check your capitalization and be sure that your device isn't auto-capitalizing the first letter of the email and password you're entering—or keep in mind that it may have done so when you first created the account.
