What your Wallet is not
Your Wallet is separate from your Stripe account. Stripe is the payment processor that moves money from your Wallet to your actual bank account. You need Stripe connected to request a withdrawal - but the Wallet holds your balance on Vocal's side until you do.
How to access your Wallet
Go to vocal.media/wallet while logged in. From there you can see your current balance, your transaction history, your connected Stripe account, and request a withdrawal.
When does money appear?
Tips and bonuses show up in your Wallet immediately. Read earnings and subscription earnings are processed on a regular cycle and may take a day or two to appear after they're earned. Stats and earnings don't always update at exactly the same time.
Withdrawing your balance
Once your Wallet balance hits the minimum threshold - $35 for free accounts, $20 for Vocal+ - you can request a withdrawal. Funds go to your bank via Stripe and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Your Wallet balance never expires. If you're not ready to withdraw yet, your earnings stay put until you are.
