After you request a withdrawal, our security team reviews it to make sure your earnings come from real engagement, not bots or artificial traffic. That approval process can take up to 10 business days from the time you submit your request.
Once it's approved, the funds are sent to your bank via Stripe. From there, it can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If it's been more than 10 business days since you requested and you haven't heard anything, or if the funds still haven't arrived more than a week after approval, open the Messenger on Vocal or the Help Center and submit a ticket with your account email and we'll look into it.
