All stories will likely get more "clicks" or "pageviews" than they get reads on Vocal. Your Stats page doesn't measure visits to the link—it calculates "reads" or actual engagement on your story, measured by a combination of the percentage scrolled through your story and the time spent on the page before closing out.
If you're using a social tool like Buffer or Linkinbio to measure your story's engagement, those numbers likely won't match up. Those tools will take every click into account, including accidental clicks, or immediate tab closes. On Vocal, you'll be able to see how many of those people read a portion of your story—scrolled past your title and featured image to actually read what you have to say. Having knowledge about your readers and what they're actually engaging with is valuable in knowing what types of stories you should be creating next.
