My draft won't save.

The Vocal editor auto-saves your work as you write. If something still seems off, here are a few things to check.

Written by Vocal Team

The Vocal editor auto-saves your draft as you go - you don't need to hit a save button. If it looks like your changes aren't being saved, here's what to check:

Check your internet connection

Auto-save requires an active connection. If you've lost WiFi or your signal dropped, your changes may not have synced. Reconnect and try making a small edit to trigger a fresh save.

Try a different browser or device

Some older Android operating systems aren't fully compatible with the Vocal editor. If you're on Android, try enabling "View as Desktop Site" in your browser settings, or switch to a laptop or desktop to finish your draft.

Clear your cache

If things still feel off, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the editor.

Still stuck? Open the Messenger on Vocal or the Help Center and submit a ticket and we'll take a look.
