If you have a Stripe account connected, and you need to update the information associated with it, it's best not to delete it and create an entirely new one. It's a much more secure, safe, and streamlined process to simply update your existing information—whether that's banking info, or your email or phone number.
If you have a Stripe Standard account
You can update your information by logging onto your dashboard on Stripe. If you need any help, or your personal info has changed and you can't use two factor authentication, you can contact Stripe's customer support here for assistance.
If you have a Stripe Express account
You can update your information by clicking the link to your Stripe dashboard in your Wallet. There, you can edit your payment into, or any personal information associated with your account.
